Saluja Constructions had established a strong reputation of trustworthiness among Delhi homeowners over two decades. They were looking to leverage their expertise and capitalize on the real estate opportunities open to them in the NCR. To reach out to a seasoned, sophisticated clientele of multinationals and retail brands in the commercial realty space, Saluja Constructions decided to revamp and rejuvenate their identity. The name was shortened to Salcon for a global audience. A versatile and elegant brand language was developed to create a powerful umbrella brand. Thereafter, each of the new SALCON projects reflected the newfound spirit – be it Aurum in Jasola and Gurgaon, Rasvilas – the wedding theme mall in Delhi or the Verandas residential apartments in Delhi and HIVE commercial complex in Chandigarh.
