Pod and Absolute in Chennai were driven by the idea of offering the niche experience of a boutique hotel and restaurant in India. In keeping with the experimental and ambitious vision of the project, Illum defined unexpected points of interaction with the brand and introduced spatial graphics and installations. The communication was structured to inspire the customer with art, fashion, food and music. The brand language was contemporary and international, while capturing the flavour of Chennai to build a highly contextual identity
